Shop Spotlight // FORM Boutique

FORM Fitness is one of the hottest gyms in Sioux Falls! Owners Katie Twedt and Kia Weller are SUCH awesome and inspiring women (and Mamas!!!) and they offer a TON of different classes to fit any type of workout you’re looking for at their fitness center. But have you ever really checked out their boutique? I’ve browsed there a few times mostly to look at their workout clothes (#gimmealltheyogapants), but they also have a ton of lifestyle clothes and I’m telling ya, it’s legit fashion in there! I recently did a shoot for them and I was blown away at how many things I loved in their new fall lineup. Tons of cute sweaters, tops, leggings, and of course all the best workout accessories, bags, and clothes! At FORM boutique, you can find an outfit for a date night with your hubs and an outfit to the gym! Perfect combo!

I loved their casual items. The shirts were soooo soft and that green one was such a pretty color! You could totally rock these with jeans (Girlfriend jeans on the left!) or with yoga pants for a more relaxed look.

Here were some nicer shirts that we paired with yoga pants. I could totally see that ruffle sleeve top with jeans too. But those deep red/maroon pants were sooooooo comfortable! The outfit on the right is definitely my go to outfit for day to day. Black yoga pants with a longer grey top… yup.

FORM boutique also had some really nice sweaters! The good thick and chunky kind! I really loved the golden brown one, the side detail buttons were a great touch!

LOVE the back detail on this top!!! 

And this cardigan sweater was TO DIE FOR. Soft soft soft.

My FAVORITE of all was this crop top sweatshirt, it hit just the top of my high waisted jeans. It was SO soft and it’s my favorite green color. The detail on the sides of the arms was super cool and amped up the shirt a bit from a relaxed look.

Don’t forget a hip new bag to finish the look!

MAMA Style // Maternity Dresses

Minus this rain and cold out right now, I’m loving getting out of jeans and into dresses! Maternity jeans are soooo tight right now on this big ole 35 week belly, so I certainly prefer to slip into a dress. I love bodycon dresses! (Here’s one for that I’ve been wearing that’s NOT maternity and only $9.90! Comes in many colors). They’re tight on the bump instead of big and flowy to make you feel even larger than you really are. But I can’t complain about flowy dresses either to hide all the extra weight around the hips and butt! Give me all the maxi dresses for so much comfort! I’ve rounded up my eight favorite maternity dresses out there right now. The denim embroidered one is my FAVORITE!

Isn’t the denim one so fabulous?! ASOS is my absolute favorite for maternity clothes, they’re cheap and offer SO many options! Plus buy the $19/year 2 day free shipping, it’s so worth it! Like Amazon Prime!

The teal bodycon dress (#3) is sooo comfortable and it comes in 15 different colors for only $47! I want like 5 of the colors! It’s so comfortable and you can really keep it casual for day or dress it up for night.

Friday Finds // 4.14.17

Happy Easter Weekend! We have a packed weekend ahead of us. Starting with lunch with Easter bunny tomorrow! I can’t wait to see Ivy and Leo with the bunny and run around chasing some eggs, should be adorable. Let’s hope neither of them are scared by the big bunny! :) Then we get to go to Peppa Live! Ivy just got into the show a couple months ago, and now Leo is walking around saying Peppa too, super cute. Ivy has the cutest Peppa dress to wear to the show. She even had to sleep in it last night when I showed it to her, she’s obsessed! Should be a fun day tomorrow. Ending with EASTER! I’m hosting both sides of our families and am pretty anxious to stuff myself with some delicious food and celebrate after church. Easter eggs are filled and baskets are made, anxious for these two little kids to roam the yard in search for their baskets and eggs! Hope you all have a fabulous weekend! Happy Easter! Spring Dresses for Your Mini

FINALLY packing away the winter gear and slipping into something much easier… dresses! Ivy literally could wear a dress every day, it’s always what she picks out! And now with the nicer weather, I’m not bugging her to put on tights or leggings and a sweater to cover up the cute dress! She loves to dress herself, and I LOVE that she is capable of doing that, so we made sure to pick out some of these dresses together because I’ve failed too many times with bringing something home that she doesn’t like… #threeyearolds #ugh. Ivy’s favorites are 1, 3, 6, and 8! She’s so funny. I love her random style – cute and quirky! 3 is a metallic stripe dress, kinda love it! And the pinafore style is so cute for the spring, like this dress! So many adorable dresses out there. Ivy picked out this dress for Easter when I gave her about 5 options – she always surprises me! Can’t wait to see all your mini babes in their cute spring and summer clothes!

Spring Style | Fashion + Home

Hello first day of Spring!!! LOVE that winter is over with and we can look forward to warmer temps, longer days, and (hopefully) no more snow! Transitioning to spring in the house and in the closet is THE BEST. I love to get rid of the dark colors of winter and launch into some pastels, brights, whites, or just basically, COLOR. Winter gets so boring! Already dreaming about the first flowers popping up, pretty tulips draping over the vase, and a new wardrobe filled with flowy tops and trendy jeans!

I updated my favorite room in our house last week, a little ahead of spring, I just couldn’t wait! So nice to get some color in this room!!

And, I’m proud to say that all of my indoor plants are STILL ALIVE! Wooo hoooo! I totally neglected them over the fall and winter, and somehow they made it. Pretty pumped about that because I love a little greenery around the house in the nice seasons!

Now to update some of my wardrobe! I looooove this stripe off the shoulder maternity dress – so beautiful! I can’t wait to get into some dresses that show off the bump. Sick of wearing jeans! But will never be sick of wearing leggings :)

Toooootally loving the embroidered jeans trend! They’re everywhere right now! Some are super embroidered and I don’t think I can do that, but I thought the ones in the picture were just a touch enough. Plus I love the frayed hem on the skinny jean! Channeling my (wannabe) inner hippie for those!

Loving all the summer sandals too! Espadrilles are so pretty, but can never go wrong with my yoga pants and sneakers look :)

Gimme all the flouncy tops and flowy blouses! Love the wide ruffle look on the sleeves and the romantic off-the-shoulder look. Finally get to show a little skin with these warmer temps!
